2022 (RS-FRESHMAN): Appeared in 15 games in the Saints inaugural season...Scored first collegiate goal against Ave Maria (Feb. 12)...Scored 14 goals and tallied six assist....Recorded a hat trick against Southern Connecticut State (Mar. 19).

BEFORE FLAGLER: Attended the University of Mount Olive (N.C.).

2021 (FRESHMAN): Did not play.

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Pinkerton Academy in Derry, N.H...Lettered in lacrosse...Helped the Astros advance to the state semifinals twice and the championship game as a junior.

CLUB: Played for the New Hampshire Tomahawks.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Chris and Suzanne Howe...Has two brothers and a sister...A marketing major.
