2024 (SENIOR): Started all 20 games… scored three goals and tallied six assists… took 10 shots and six were on goal… picked up 34 ground balls…had 38 draw controls… led the team in caused turnovers with 31.

2023 (SOPHOMORE): Appeared in all 19 games, drawing one start... Scored 41 goals and tallied three assists... Won 49 draw controls and picked up 22 ground balls... Caused ten turnovers.

2022 (RS-FRESHMAN): Appeared in 16 games during Flagler's inaugural season, drawing 13 starts....Recorded 25 goals and seven assists...Finished second on the team with 41 draw controls....Recorded first collegiate hat trick against Palm Beach Atlantic (Feb. 26)...Scored first collegiate goal against Florida Tech (Feb. 17)....GSC Defensive Player of the Week (Apr. 29).

BEFORE FLAGLER: Attended Fresno (Calif.) State University.

2021 (FRESHMAN): Inactive.

2020 (FRESHMAN): Appeared in four games in COVID shortened season.

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Saint John Paul II Academy in Boca Raton, Fla...Lettered four years in lacrosse…Was a two-time team captain in lacrosse as she contributed 300 goals, 130 assists, 380 draw controls, 400 ground balls and 61 caused turnovers in her career...As a freshman, she was a first team all-region, first team all-district and first team all-county selection...Her sophomore through senior seasons, she was selected as an all-region and all-state midfielder...Earned All-American honors in 2017...Set the program record in draw controls and left the program ranked second in ground balls and third in goals and caused turnovers...Was a member of the Florida Select team and South Florida National Team.

CLUB: Played for the Florida Select and the Lady Swashbucklers.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Toni Trainor and Michael Nole....Has a sister...Her mother, Toni, played field hockey at Ocean County (N.J.) College and her father, Michael, played football at Grand Valley (Mich.) State University...A business major.
