HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from the Carrollwood Day School in Tampa, Fla...Lettered in baseball, basketball, and swimming...Helped the Patriots to a state runner-up as a junior and a district runner-up as a senior...Selected as the conference player of the year as a senior after batting .394 with 21 RBI and 14 stolen bases...Also pitched 11 innings...Earned second-team all-conference honors as a junior...Batted .383 with 19 RBI and 12 stolen bases...Selected to the Hillsborough County All-Star Team.
