Neil Rodden begins his fourth season as a volunteer coach at Flagler.
He helped coach the Peach Belt Conference's co-Freshman of the Year Drew Flagg and two all-conference selections in Thomas Pritchard and Jake Griffin in 2022. He added six all-conference selections in 2023.Â
Prior to his time at Flagler, Rodden was the head coach at nearby Allen D. Nease High School in Ponte Vedra, Florida. He coached a player to FHSAA All-District second team honors.Â
He was a head coach for two seasons (2011-12) at Fallbrook (Calif.) Union High School. While there, Rodden coached three players to CIF all-conference honors.
Rodden graduated from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh. He played two seasons on its club lacrosse team.  Â
