Competed at the UNF 5K Cross Country Challenge (Sept. 13), recording a personal-best time of 17:04.3. 

Indoor
Competed in two meets...Ran a personal-best time at the RADD Sports Invitational College TEAMS (Jan. 24-25) in the 3000-meter, 9:31.57...Posted a 4:46.71 time in the mile race at the Celebration Pointe Classic College TEAMS (Feb 7). 

Outdoor
Competed in four meets...Posted a personal-best time of 4:24.97 in the 1500-meter at the Georgia Showdown (April 12)...Ran a personal-best time of 15:57.51 in the 5000-meter at the Embry-Riddle Eagle Invite (March 8)...Posted a top-10 finish it the mile at the Spartan Relays (March 29) with a time of 4:46.46. 

2023-24 (SOPHOMORE):
Cross Country 
Ran in three meets...Ran a personal best 28:56.0 8K at the FSU Invitational (Sept. 29). 

Indoor
Competed in two meets...Posted a season-best time of 4:53.33 in the mile run at the Florida University Last Chance (Feb. 9).

Outdoor
Ran in two meets...Had a p.r. time of 4:33.51 in the 1500 meter run at the The Spartan Classic (March 1).

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Mainland Regional High School in Linwood, N.J... Lettered in cross country and track… Helped the team finish 11^th in state as a senior… Helped the team qualify for sectionals as a sophomore and freshman.
