Participated in three meets..Ran a personal best of 25:52.4 at the Upstate Invite (Oct. 19)...Posted a time of 26:04.8 at the Peach Belt Conference Cross Country Championship (Oct. 26)...PBC Presidential Honor Roll Silver Scholar...D2 ADA award recipient.

Indoor
Did not participate. 

Outdoor
Competed in three meets... Posted a p.r. mile time of 4:31.05 at the Spartan Relays (March 29)... Ran a time of 35:28.27 in the 10000-meter run at the Peach Belt Conference Championship (April 28-29). 

2023-24 (FRESHMAN):
Cross Country 
Ran in three races...Posted an 8K time of 27:33.6 at the FSU Invitational (Sept. 29)...Placed 53rd at the SSC Preview (Oct.13) with a time of 29:35.8...PBC Presidential Honor Roll Gold Scholar.

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Chopticon High School in Morganza, Md...Lettered in cross country and track and field...Helped the Braves to back to back SMAC and regional championships in cross country...His senior year, he held the top time in the state of Maryland in the 5K with a time of 15:17...4x800 State Champions for indoor and outdoor track and field...Finished state runner-up in cross country his senior year.

PERSONAL: Son of Brandy and Shane Dufrene...Has a sister...A sport management major.
