2014 (SENIOR): Ran in all six races...Finished a career-best 8K time of 27:34.91 at the Peach Belt Conference Championships (Nov. 8)...Finished in 14th place at the season-opening Fire Short Course Invitational (Sept. 5)...Earned Academic All-Peach Belt Conference honors.

2013 (JUNIOR): Ran in five events...Posted a new personal-best time in an 8K of 27:48.69 at the PBC Championships (Oct. 26)...Finished with a time of 22:31.65 at the 6K Fire Short Course Invitational (Sept. 6)...Academic All-PBC selection...A PBC President's Honor Roll Bronze Scholar.

2012 (SOPHOMORE): Ran in four events...Posted a season-best 8K time of 28:25.57 at the PBC Championships (Oct. 20)...Ran a time of 30:59.8 at the FSU Invitational (Oct. 5)...Academic All-PBC selection...Peach Belt Conference President's Honor Roll Presidential Scholar.

2011 (FRESHMAN): Ran in all six meets...Ran a season-best time of 29:07.50 at the 8K Disney Classic (Oct. 8)...Peach Belt Conference President's Honor Roll Bronze Scholar.

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Winter Park (Fla.) High School...Lettered all four years in cross country and track...Captained team as a senior...Personal best in the 5K is 16:49...His time of 16:49.33 is his PR in the 5000m which was recorded at the Little Everglades Pre-State Invitational.
