Cross Country 
Participated in two meets... Ran a personal best time in the at the 2024 Peach Belt Conference Cross Country Championship (Oct. 26) with a time of 25:47.9...PBC Presidential Honor Roll Presidential Scholar. 

Indoor
Competed in four meets...Posted a personal best time of 1:51.19 in the 800-meter run at the Peach Belt Conference Championship (Feb. 17) finishing in first place...Ran a leg on the DMR team that finished in third place at the Last Chance Indoor National Qualifier (March 2)...Ran a 1:52.32 in the 800-meters at the Celebration Pointe Classic College TEAMS (Feb. 7). 

Outdoor
Participated in two meets...Ran a 1:52.57 in the 800-meter run at the Peach Belt Conference Outdoor Track Championship (April 28)... Posted a top-five finish at the App State Open (April 18-19) with a time of 1:56.17 in the 800.  

2023-24 (SOPHOMORE):
Cross Country 
Ran in four races...Posted an 8K time of 27:20.4 at the FSU Invitational (Sept. 29)...Placed 20th at the SSC Preview (Oct.13) with a time of 28:13.1...Finished 64th at the PBC Cross Country Championship (Oct. 21) with a time of 30:00.6...PBC Presidential Honor Roll Bronze Scholar.

Indoor
Competed in six meets...Finished in first place with a time of 1:59.71 in the 800-meter run at the Visit Winston-Salem College Kick-Off (Dec. 2)...Had a season-best time in the mile run (4:19.65) at the RADD Track and Field Invitational (Jan. 19-20)...Finished in fourth place with a time of 1:52.88 in the 800-meter run at the Florida University Last Chance (Feb. 9), which was the second-fastest time in the region...Ran a leg on the 4x400 relay team that finished in third place at the PBC Championship (Feb. 19) wih a time of 3:23.20.

Ran in two meets...Posted a time of 1:54.99 in the 800-meter run at the Embry-Riddle Eagle Meet (April 20).
