Cross Country
Ran in all six races...Posted a career-best 8K time of 25:10 at the Royals Challenge (Oct. 12)...That was the seventh-fastest 8K time in the PBC...Finished with a time of 24:15.6 at the VSU Border Clash (Aug. 31)...Finished in 22nd place at the PBCs with a time of 26:17.4...Top Saints runner at the regional meet with a 32nd place finish (33:36.84)...Finished in fifth place at the VSU Border Clash (24:15.6)...Earned PBC Presidential Honor Roll Presidential Scholar honors

Indoor
Did not compete.

2017-18 (JUNIOR):
Cross Country
Competed in all six races...Posted a season-best 5K time of 16:20.0 and finished in 15th place at the Gene Mullin Invitational (Oct. 7)...Finished in 13th place at the VSU Border Clash (Sept. 1) with a time of 20:20.6...A member of the PBC All-Sportsmanship Team.

Indoor
Competed in the 3000m run and posted a season-best time of 9:02.41 at the UNC Open (Feb. 3).

2016-17 (SOPHOMORE):  
Cross Country
Earned all-conference honors after posting a time of 25:52.6 which was good for A PBC Presidential Honor Roll Presidential Scholar...14th place at the PBC Championships...Finished in 25th place with an 8K time of 26:55.7 at the Florida Tech Invitational to open the season...A member of the PBC All-Sportsmanship Team.

Indoor
Posted a season-best time in the 3000m run (8:5364) at the Emory Crossplex Invitational (Jan. 22).

2015 (SOPHOMORE): Did not compete due to transfer rules.

BEFORE FLAGLER: Attended Western Carolina University in Cullowhee, N.C.

2014 (FRESHMAN): Competed in all six races...Posted a season-best 8K time of 26:35.93 at the Asheville Cross Country Carnival (Sept. 20)...Finished in 16th place at the Western Carolina Invitational with a 5K time of 16:27.41...PBC Presidential Honor Roll Presidential Scholar.

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Ponte Vedra (Fla.) High School...Ran cross country and track...A first-team All-St. Johns County cross country runner...Earned all-region honors in the 3200...Captained the track and cross country teams as a senior...Ran distance events (1600, 3200 and 5000) in track.

PERSONAL: Son of Crisman, Jr. and Janet Jones...Has a sister...An accounting major...Lists "Step Brothers" as his favorite movie...Burritos are his favorite food...Former tennis pro Jimmy Connors is his favorite athlete.
