SENIOR (2012-13): Shot a 13-over 155 and finished in a tie for 34th place at the Anderson Invitational (Sept. 10-11)...Shot a low round of 77 twice in the fall.

JUNIOR (2011-12): Played in seven events...Had a 78.6 strokes per round average...Had one top five finish and two top 10s...Carded a season-low 75 in Flagler's dual vs. Gustavus Adolphus (Apr. 6)...Finished in fourth place in the dual.

SOPHOMORE (2010-11): Played in 10 events...Had a 76.1 stroke per round average...Had one top five finish...Turned a season-low round of 72 in the first round of the AFLAC/Cougar Invitational (Oct. 4)...Finished in a tie for fourth place at the Flagler Tri-Match (Mar. 16).

FRESHMAN (2009-10): Competed in five events and had a 76.6 average...Shot a season-low 72 at the Will Wilson Southeast Preview.

BEFORE FLAGLER: Attended Scottsdale (Ariz.) Community College part-time...Did not participate in athletics.

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from De La Salle Collegiate High School in Warren, Mich....Lettered in golf all four years and baseball once...As a senior, was selected as the team captain of the All-County first-team...A Division I All-State selection...Earned Academic All-State honors as a junior...Also a member of the All-Catholic and All-County first-team...Was an All-Catholic and All-County first-team selection as a sophomore...Helped lead team to state finals as a junior and senior after finishing in the top five at districts and regionals...Finished second with a 74 at the districts and regionals as a senior...Won the Grosse Ille Invitational with a 71 in 2008...Won the Evans-Gill Invitational after a two-hole playoff in 2007.

PERSONAL: Son of Mark and Kim Bennett...A business major...Lists working out, watching movies and listening to music as his hobbies...His favorite movie is "The Hurricane"...Lists steak as his favorite food.
