JUNIOR (2006): Made 13 appearances, all starts, and completing four…Posted a 4-9 record with a 3.81 earned run average…Led staff with 56 strikeouts…Walked only 15 batters in 75.2 innings pitched…Fanned a season-high 10 batters against Warner Southern (Feb. 24)…Pitched seven scoreless innings against Northwood (Apr. 21). 

JUNIOR COLLEGE: Attended Brevard Community College in Melbourne, Fla.…Played for Coach Ernie Rosseau.

HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped at Wellington High School…Earned team’s Cy Young Award as a senior…Played for Coach Ed Bloom…Selected to the Team Florida All-Star squad in 2003 that played in the Sunbelt Classic in Oklahoma…Earned All-Tournament honors.

PERSONAL: Son of Terry and Christine DeSutter…A business major…Has two brothers and a sister…Lists hobbies as fishing and swimming.
