2022-23 (SOPHOMORE):
Cross Country
Ran in three races...Posted a personal best 8K time of 26:51.9 at the FSU Invitational (Oct.7)...Placed 47th with a time of 29:03.2 at the Eastern Florida State Fall Classic (Sept.10)...Took 49th at the 2022 PBC Championship (Nov.5) with a 8K time of 28:43.5.

Indoor
Participated in four meets...Finished in fifth place in the mile run with a time of 4:19.12 at the Florida University Invitational (Feb. 9-10)...Had a sixth place finish in the mile at the JDL Early Bird Invitational (Dec. 4) with a time of 4:26.36.

Outdoor
Competed in six meets...Finished in fifth place in the 3000 meter steeplechase with a time of 9:45.33 at the Knights Invitational (March 24-25)...That was the 15th fastest time in the region...Turned in a pair of personal best times in the 800 (1:56.90) and the 1500 (3:58.44) at the Spike's Classic (March 30-April 1).

2021-22 (FRESHMAN):
Cross Country
Ran in three races...Finished in fourth place at the GATA XC Classic (Oct. 15) with an 8K time of 27:52.6...Finished in 31st place at the PBC Championships (Oct. 23) with a 7.58K time of 26:31.2.

Indoor
Ran in two meets...Finished in ninth place with a time of 4:24.45 in the mile run at the JDL DMR Invitational (Feb. 18-19).

Outdoor
Competed in seven meets...Finished in fifth place in the 1500 meters (3:59.62) and in the 3000 meter steeplechase (9:47.55) at the Peach Belt Conference Championships (April 22-23).

2020-21 (RS-FRESHMAN):
Cross Country
Ran in three races...Posted a season-best 8K time of 27:43 at the Sand Shark Invitational (Oct. 17).

Indoor
Competed in four meets...Finished in fifth place in the mile run with a time of 4:25.65 at the Samford Bulldog Open (Feb. 13)...Had a season-best 800m time of 2:00.09. 

2019-20 (FRESHMAN):
Cross Country
Did not compete.

Indoor
Did not compete.

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Manatee High School in Bradenton, Fla...Lettered all four years in cross country and track as well as another two years in basketball...Broke the school record in the 5000m run with a time of 16:19...Won the county meet...Qualified for the state championship.

PERSONAL: Son of Tom and Kathleen Lyons...Has a brother...A psychology major.
