2022-23 (SOPHOMORE):
Cross Country
Ran in three races...Posted a personal best 8K time of 26:27.6 and placed 19th at the 2022 PBC Championship (Nov.5)...Ran a 26:46.6 8K at the FSU Invitational (Oct.7)...Placed 30th with a 8K time of 27:41.4 at the Eastern Florida State Fall Classic (Sept. 10). 

Indoor
Participated in four meets...Finished in sixth place with a personal-best time of 15:12.42 in the 5000 meter run at the Florida University Invitational (Feb. 9-10)...Also had a p.r. in the 3000 meter run (8:54.09) at the Celebration Pointe Indoor Classic (Feb. 2-3).

Outdoor
Competed in three meets...Finished in sixth place in the 3000 meter run with a time of 9:28.72 at the Knights Invitational (March 24-25).

2021-22 (FRESHMAN):
Cross Country
Ran in five races...Finished 29th place at the PBC Championships (Oct. 23) with a 7.58K time of 26:25.1...Earned academic all-conference honors...PBC Presidential Honor Roll Bronze Scholar.

Indoor
Ran in three meets...Finished in 10th place in the 1000 meter run with a time of 2:48.38 at the Mondo College Invitational (Jan. 15).

Outdoor
Competed in five meets...Finished in eight place with a time of 15:58.81 at the Electric City Invitational (April 16)...Ran a leg on the 4x100 relay team that finished in fifth place at the PBC Championships (April 22-23)...PBC Presidential Honor Roll Bronze Scholar.

2020-21 (FRESHMAN):
Cross Country
Competed in three races...Had a season-best 8K time of 26:33.2 at the Sand Shark Invitational (Oct. 17)...Earned PBC Presidential Honor Roll Bronze Scholar honors.

Indoor
Competed in three meets...Finished eighth in the 3000m run with a season-best time of 9:17.23.

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Palm Beach Central High School in Wellington, Fla...Lettered all four years in cross country and track and field...Qualified for the FHSAA Cross Country State Finals after posting a personal-best time of 16:19.02 at regionals as a senior...Posted a time of 16:29.99 at the state final...Earned team MVP honors...As a junior, he finished in ninth place at the regional in the 3200 meter run (10:23.64) and 10th in the 1600 meters (4:44.00)...Ran in the XC state championships...Qualified for the state championships in cross country as a sophomore after posting a time of 16:53.84 at regionals...Was the team MVP...Had personal best times in the 1600 (4:37.44) and the 3200 (10:16.42)...Finished in 10th place at regionals as a freshman with a time of 17:22.70 to qualify for the state championships.

PERSONAL: Son of Scott and Deborah Ross...He is the step-son of Jeff Mickle and Kelly Anderson...Is a computer information systems major.
