Ran in four races...Ran a 25:40.8 8K and placed seventh at the 2022 PBC Championship (Nov.5)...Placed 17th with a time of 32:01.9 in the 10K race at the NCAA Division II Southeast Region Cross County Championship (Nov.19)...Placed 26th at the FSU Invitational (Oct.7) with a personal best 8K time of 25:03.1...Took fifth at the Eastern Florida State Fall Classic (Sept.10) with a time of 26:00.5...Received PBC Runner of the Week for the week of Sept. 12.
Indoor
Competed in six meets...Finished second in the mile run with a time of 4:20.63 at the JDL Early Bird Invitational (Dec. 4)...Posted a personal-best time of 1:58.02 in the 800 meters at the RADD College Invitational (Jan. 19-20)...Finished in third place with a personal-best time of 4:14.22 in the mile at the JDL DMR Invitational (Feb. 17-18)...That was the sixth-fastest time in the region...Had a third place finish in the 3000 meter run at the Florida University Invitational (Feb. 9-10) with a time of 8:24.28...Ran a leg on the DMR team that finished second at the Alachua County Collegiate Invitational (Jan. 26-27)...That was the third-fastest time in the region.
Outdoor
Participated in six meets...Finished in third place with a personal-best time of 32:07.03 in the 10,000 meter run at the PBC Championship (April 20-21)...Posted a p.r. in the 5,000 meter run with a time of 14:32.82 at the River City Spring Break Classic (March 16-17)...That was the 11th-fastest time in the region...Finished in sixth place in the 1500 meter run with a time of 3:55.65 at the Knights Invitational (March 24-25)...Had a third place finish in the 1500 at the Spike's Classic (March 30-April 1) and a fourth place finish in the 5000 meter run at the PBCs.

Ran in three races...Recorded two top-15 finishes...Came in 10th place at the VSU Border Clash (Sept. 3) with a 7.25K time of 23:59.1...Finished in 14th place at the PBC Championships (Oct. 23) with a 7.58K time of 25:42.1...Earned academic all-conference honors...PBC Presidential Honor Roll Bronze Scholar.

Competed in three meets...Finished in fifth place in the mile run, with a time of 4:21.84, at the JDL DMR Invitational (Feb. 18-19).

Competed in seven meets...Finished in second place in the 5000 meter run with a time of 14:53.32 at the Peach Belt Conference Championships (April 22-23)...Ran a 3:56.21 in the 1500 meter run at the North Florida Collegiate Invitational (April 29-30)...Finished in third place in the 3000 meter steeplechase at the Electric City Invitational (April 16)...PBC Presidential Honor Roll Bronze Scholar.
2020-21 (FRESHMAN):

Competed in four races...Had a season-best 8K time of 25:18.1 at the Sand Shark Invitational (Oct. 17) where he finished in second place...Finished in third place at the UNG/PBC Preview (Oct. 31) with a time of 25:34.5...Earned all-conference honors with an eighth place finish at the PBC Championships...Earned PBC Presidential Honor Roll Bronze Scholar honors.

Competed in four meets...Had a season-best time of 8:45.48 in the 3000m run at the KMS Invitational (Jan. 24)...Posted a time of 4:19.06, a p.r. in the mile run, at the Camel City Invitational.
2019-20 (FRESHMAN):
Cross Country
Ran in all six races...Posted a season-best 8K time of 26:20.0 at the Queen City Invitational (Sept. 27)...Finished in 38th place at the NCAA D2 Southeast Regionals (Nov. 9) with a time of 33:24.0 (10K).
Indoor
Competed in five meets...Ran a leg on the DMR that earned him all region honors...Posted a season-best time of 4:27.88 in the mile run at the JDL College Kick-Off Classic (Dec. 7).
HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Ridgeview High School in Orange Park, Fla...Lettered in track all four years and cross country three years...As a senior, he qualified for states in cross country and track...Ran a career-best 5K time of 16:29...Top times in the 1600m was 4:22 and in the 3200m was 9:41...Finished in sixth place in the 1600m in the 2A race...Was president of the Athletic Leadership Council at Ridgeview...Was a member of the National Honor Society.
