Competed in four meets...Finished in 11th place in the 10,000 meter run with a time of 33:41.66 at the PBC Championships (April 22-23).

2020-21 (JUNIOR):

Competed in four races...Finished in fifth place at the Sand Shark Invitational (Oct. 17) with a time of 25:52.7...Posted a time of 26:17.1 at the 8K UNG/PBC Preview (Oct. 31).

2019-20 (SOPHOMORE):
Cross Country
Ran in all six races..Finished in a career-best (10K) time of 33:53.9 at the NCAA Division II Southeast Regional (Nov. 9)...Earned all-conference honors after finishing in 16th place at the PBC Championships with a time of 26:24.2.

Competed in four meets...Finished in second place at the Mondo College Invitational (Feb. 2) in the 3000 meters (9:21.68).

2018-19 (FRESHMAN):

Ran in all six races...Ran a season-best 8K time of 25:27 at the Royals Challenge (Oct. 12)...Posted a 10K time of 34:15.7 at the NCAA Division II Southeast Regional (Nov. 17)...A member of the PBC All-Sportsmanship Team...Finished in 18th place at the PBC Championships...Was Flagler's top runner at the Mountain Dew Invitational with a 28th place finish...Was 20th at the ERAU Classic...Opened the year with a ninth place finish at the VSU Border Clash.
