Cross Country
Ran in all six races...Posted a career-best 8K time of 25:21 at the Royals Challenge (Oct. 12)...Finished in 14th place at the PBCs with a time of 26:03.3...Was 17th at the ERAU Classic with a time of 27:44.30...Opened the season with an 11th place finish at VSU Border Clash with a time of 24:47.3.

Indoor
Ran in five meets...Finished in a season-best time of 4:24.58 in the mile run at the JDL DMR Invitational (Feb. 16).

2017-18 (SOPHOMORE):
Cross Country
Competed in all six races...Finished in 11th place at the Gene Mullin Invitational (Oct. 7) with a career-best 5K time of 16:12.8.

Indoor
Posted the best time on the team in the 3000m run with a time of 9:01.22 at the Emory Crossplex Invitational (Jan. 21).

2016-17 (FRESHMAN):
Cross Country
Ran in all five meets...Ran a season-best 8K time of 26:33.9 at the PBC Championships.

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Mandarin High School in Jacksonville...Lettered in cross country and track all four years...As a senior helped lead both teams to conference and districts championships...Cross country team won the regional title and finished fourth in the state championship...His p.r. times were: 52.00 (400m), 4:32 (1600m), 2:02 (800m)...A state qualifier in cross country and earned all-conference, all-district and all-region honors...As a junior, helped lead both teams to conference and regional titles...Was listed by In the Magazine's top five runners in north Florida...Earned all-all-state, all-region, all-district and all-conference in cross country...Helped the Mustangs to conference and district championships as well as state runners-up as a freshman...Graduated with a 3.6 grade point average from the medical academy at Mandarin.
