2016 (JUNIOR): Ran in all five meets...Posted a season-best time of 26:07.2 on the 8K course at the PBC Championships...Also ran a 27:41.4 at the Florida Tech Invitational...Earned Academic All-Peach Belt honors...A PBC Presidential Honor Roll Gold Scholar...A D2 ADA award recipient. 

2015 (SOPHOMORE): Ran in all six races...Posted a season-best 8K time of 27:34.80 at the Disney Classic (Oct. 10)...Earned Academic All-Peach Belt honors...PBC Presidential Honor Roll Gold Scholar...A D2 ADA award recipient.

2014 (FRESHMAN): Ran in all six races...Had two top 10 finishes...Finished third at the season-opening Fire Short Course Invitational (Sept. 5) with a 3K time of 20:01.40...Finished ninth at the Valdosta State Cross Country Challenge (Oct. 25) with a season-best 8K time of 25:59.2...A PBC Presidential Honor Roll Silver Scholar.

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Mandarin High School in Jacksonville...Lettered in cross country and track...Finished in sixth place at the 2013 State Championship in cross country...Earned all-region honors twice...An all-district and all-conference selection three times...Ran at the FACA All-Star meet...Recorded a one-mile p.r. of 4.33 minutes...Ran a 15.51 5K as a senior.
