2010 (JUNIOR): Ran in six meets...Had a season-best 8K time of 26:35 at the Florida Southern Invitational (Oct. 22)...Posted a time of 26:55.5 at the Peach Belt Conference Championship...An Academic All-Peach Belt Conference honoree...DII ADA Academic Achievement Award recipient...PBC President's Honor Roll Gold Scholar.

2009 (SOPHOMORE): Ran in four meets...Posted a season-best time of 29:30.3 and placed 10th at the Black & Gold Invitational (Sept. 12)...Finished with a 36:46 time and finished 86th at the 10K Southeast Region Meet (Nov. 7) at Wingate...Selected to the Academic All-Peach Belt Conference Team...DII ADA Academic Achievement Award recipient...PBC President's Honor Roll Gold Scholar.

2008 (FRESHMAN): Ran in five meets...Ran a season-best 29:11.99 at the Walt Disney Classic (Oct. 11)...Finished 15th at the Black & Gold Invite Sept. 13) with a time of 31:37.34. 

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Palmyra (Pa.) Area Senior High School...Lettered three years in cross country and track and one year in swimming...Captained the track and cross country teams as a senior...Personal best in cross country is 18:06...Ran for head coach Barb Allessie.

PERSONAL: Son of Andrew and Sandra Bonus...A communications major...Has an older brother...High school valedictorian...Lists Dispatch as his favorite music group and a turkey sandwich as his favorite food.
