No. 2 Saints holds at third place after 36 holes at the PBCs

Three golfers are in the top 10

AUGUSTA, Ga. – The No. 2-ranked (SCOREBOARD by clippd) Flagler College women's golf team held in third place with a 42-over par 618 (312-306) after the second round of the Peach Belt Conference Championship, which was played this afternoon at the Forest Hills Golf Club (par 72; 6,123 yards). The final round is tomorrow with an 8:30 a.m. start, but the Saints will tee off beginning at 9:30 a.m.

Three Saints are in the top 10. Stella Jelinek is in third place with a 1-over 145 (72-73). Jordyn Hodgson and Tabitha Hanely are in a tie for 10th place with an 11-over 155. 

Kajsa Lindqvist of Lander University and McLain Neal of USC Beaufort are tied for first place with an even par 144.

No. 19 Lander University holds a commanding lead with a 19-over 595 (306-289). No. 16 North Georgia follows in second place with a 36-over 612 (307-305). USC Beaufort moved into fourth place with a 64-over 640 (330-310). Columbus State University dropped to fifth place with a 68-over 644 (323-321). Edward Waters College (713) and Savannah State University (735) round out the field.

Henriette Stranda is in 21st place with a 21-over 165 (84-81). Bhoomi Jagtap was disqualified for the second round but will still be able to play in the final round.
