PONTE VEDRA BEACH, Fla. – Flagler College is in seventh place after 36 holes with a 613 (311-302) at the Sea Best Jacksonville Classic, which was played on a sun-splashed Monday at the Marsh Landing County Club (par 72, 6176 yards).

Tulane University leads the eight-team field with a 4-under par 572 (288-284). The host school, Jacksonville University, is in second place and trails by six strokes. Lipscomb University is in third place, eight strokes back.

There is a tie atop the 51-woman field. Casey Powell of Jacksonville and Hanna Liu of Tulane both finished with a 3-under 141. Two more golfers are tied for third, just one shot back.

Vivien Roesner led the Flagler contingent with an 8-over 152 and is in a tie for 22^nd place. Fernanda Lacaz carded a 9-over 153 and is in a deadlock at 24^th place. Jan Browne, playing as an individual, shot a 10-over 154.

The rest of the Flagler team includes Anna Asphamn (+12), Sophie Wheeler (+12), and Marietta Ruhl (+19).

The final round will be played tomorrow morning.
