ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. − Flagler College officially unveiled its new athletics logos this afternoon. The main logo is a sharper and more dynamic image which incorporates the College's new colors: crimson and gold. A crimson shield serves as the background with “Flagler” arched over the top of the shield and “Saints” written in the middle portion of the shield. 
Additionally, secondary marks include a shield with the letters "F" and "C" contained within it; another has "Flagler" arched as well as another logo with "Saints" arched; there is a mark with the letter "F"; and the final with the letters "F" and "C." 
“The new logo is a classic and distinguished logo which reflects the image of Flagler College,” said 
John Jordan, the sports information director at Flagler. “We feel that this mark will represent the College's athletic teams for years to come.” 
The new logos were designed by Phoenix Design Works of New York, N.Y., along with a six-member committee of Flagler athletic department personnel and public information office.
