ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. − The Flagler College men's soccer team prevailed over the Florida Tech Panthers 3-1 Wednesday night in their second home game of the season. Flagler advances to 3-1-0 while Florida Tech drops to 2-2-0.

Mack Hough (St. Augustine, Fla./Pedro Menendez HS) scored the first of his two goals on the night after heading in Fredrik Ericsson's (Uppsala, Sweden/Linneskolan) free kick . Neither team scored again until the final four minutes of the match.

Danny Burke (Leeds, England/Thomas Danby College) assisted Conor Killeen (Dublin, Ireland/Colaiste Ide) with the second goal to bring the score to 2-0. Flagler's game-winning shot came unassisted from Mack Hough (St. Augustine, Fla./ Pedro Menendez HS) with 45 seconds remaining in the game. The Saints out shot the Panthers 12-4 for the night.

Florida Tech's Stanley Abada scored the Panther's lone goal for the night. Goalkeeper Cory Collins tallied a total of three saves.

The team next hosts Nova Southeastern this Sunday (Sept. 14) at 2 p.m.
