ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. − The Flagler College men's soccer team came alive in the final three minutes of regulation to score two goals against South region rival Rollins College, beating the Tars 2-1. The Saints earned their seventh win of the season and move to a record of 7-5-2 while Rollins drops to 6-9-0 for the year.

Both teams went scoreless throughout the game until Mack Hough (St. Augustine, Fla./Pedro Menendez HS) scored a quick goal just before the beginning of the 87th minute, assisted by Conor Killeen (Dublin, Ireland/Colaiste Ide). Pol Berenguer (Barcelona, Spain/St. Augustine HS) shot the game-winning goal 20 seconds later. Rollins responded immediately by an unassisted shot from Stuart Siddall but were unable to score again.

The Saints and Tars both came to play and fought it out aggressively on the field, resulting in a total foul count of 39. Rollins out shot Flagler 15-8, and keeper Aaron Rokeach had three saves for the night. In his collegiate debut, Saints keeper Aaron Beers (Rockledge, Fla./Edgewood HS) recorded four saves while the team earned two.

Men's soccer returns to Saints Field Saturday (Oct. 25) to take on Barry University, ranked sixth in the South region, at 7 p.m.
