ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. − A total of 110 minutes and neither Flagler College or 11th-ranked (NAIA) Embry-Riddle University would emerge as the victor as both teams played to a double-overtime 2-2 draw Tuesday night at Saints Field.

Flagler (0-2-1) scored first when Boris Kalff (Cologne, Germany/Sports University of Cologne) booted in a loose ball off Conor Killeen's (Dublin, Ireland, Colaiste Ide) corner kick in the 29th minute. The goal was the first for the Saints after playing 209 scoreless minutes.

Killeen scored in the 36th minute when he controlled a loose ball and dribbled in five yards and blasted a shot to beat the ERAU goalkeeper to the right and give Flagler a 2-0 lead.

The score would remain 2-0 at the break and Flagler held a 12-1 advantage in shots in the half.

In the second half Joe Yoffe scored his third goal of the season as he scored on a loose ball in the 63rd minute. Yoffe had intercepted a pass as Flagler was trying to get the ball out of the penalty box.

A.J. Barrett scored the equalizer for Embry-Riddle (1-1-1) when he blasted a rebound of Yoffe's shot into the upper left of the goal in the 77th minute.

The Eagles out-shot Flagler 16-2 in the second stanza.

Flagler was the aggressor in the two overtime periods, but just couldn't find the back of the net. The Saints had a golden opportunity late in the second OT when Killeen had a wide open shot on goal in the 107th minute, but his ball was booted out by Richard Genge before the ball could break the goal line.

Embry-Riddle held a slight advantage in shots (20-19) and Flagler led in corner kicks 11-6.

Josiah Holtz (Clermont, Fla./East Ridge HS) recorded seven saves while his counterpart Viktor Bergstrand tallied 10 saves for the Eagles.

Flagler will travel west for a match-up with perennial NCAA Division II power University of Tampa for a 7:30 kick off on Saturday. The Saints will also meet up with second-ranked (NCAA Division II) Lynn University on Sunday, also at Tampa's Pepin Stadium, but at 2:30 p.m.
