Women's Tennis

Ames played women’s tennis at Flagler from 1990-94. She was a four-time National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) All-America selection. Ames was an All-American in singles and doubles in 1991 and 1992 as well as in doubles in 1993 and 1994. She played on the 1991 NAIA National Championship team.
